We all know that generic, drug-store makeup is full of toxins and things that are not good for our skin or for the world. But even makeup that is labeled as "clean", "organic", or "non-toxic" can have hidden chemicals that affect our health and hormones. In this episode, we talk about how to research product ingredients, ingredients to look for and avoid, and which products I like for both safe ingredients and great performance.

In this episode, you will learn more about:

  • Which chemicals to look out for and why
