How To Track Your Cycle

Do you think that an app can track your cycle for you? I know that we probably all have a period tracking app on our phone and it “tells” us when we are ovulating and when our period is about to start or if we are late.

What we often don’t realize though is that an app is just following the data that you are giving it. The app can’t actually tell if you ovulated or if you were super stressed and ovulation go delayed.

Learning to track your cycle is so important, it tells you so much about your health, and hormones in general. In this episode we go over how to track your cycle with minimal tools, just a cheap basal body thermometer and a free app on your phone.
